SHIPPING & RETURNS

If a customer is NOT satisfied with their order, we will do everything we can by resolving the issue. However, we do not offer returns or refunds on orders-- no exceptions. If there is a shipping delay and the treats received are moldy, we WILL ship you a NEW order, but customers must provide a picture in the first 48 hours of receiving their package.

 

Please review shipping costs and local delivery information prior to ordering. All orders are shipped through USPS and a tracking number will always be provided. Cost is determined by weight, size, and location of delivery.

 

Free local pickup is available at any of our scheduled events listed on our events page. At checkout use code SHOPLOCAL for free pickup and enter the name of the event and date in the notes section.

PAYMENT METHODS

Payment must be received before we begin working on your order. We accept all credit cards through direct checkout on our website. As soon as the payment is received, the order will be processed, and your treats will be freshly made. Once the treats have been made, the order is shipped the next business day.
